Fabian was awesome from the beginning. Understanding of what we were looking for and was able to very
quickly compensate when the car we wanted to look at sold before we got there.
He got us an equivalent vehicle to test drive, and located the exact one we wanted before we got back from the drive. It was on the lot the next day.
Trade in was fair. I traded a very low mileage car that wasn’t worth quite as much as I’d hoped. After the deal was finished, I checked several other dealers for vehicles comparable to my trade. They offered trade value was spot on and I couldn’t have asked for a better deal!
Even the finance guy was likable. He reminded me of an actor that I cannot place. Explained everything well and was very efficient.
By the time I took delivery of my last new Chevrolet, my wife was crying and I was screaming at the sales manager. Hyundai has a customer for life!
