I had to write a review about my most recent experience with Kia in Puyallup. This is my 3rd Kia that
I have purchased from this location. I say that to say, this location is the Best. I live by a Kia dealership, but ever since I bought my first Optima from Kia Puyallup, they will always get my business. They have a really nice location that is very spacious and clean. Down to their service department. They have pretty amazing employees as well. Sean was my most recent sales person. He is definitely a man of his word. I looked around at the new Tellurides on the lot. I had my heart set on the X line Prestige because of its beautiful features and just the look of the vehicle . Sean did an Amazing job at making sure I got exactly what I wanted. He was very kind and kept what I wanted in mind and delivered exceptional service. He showed me how everything worked inside the vehicle and even was willing to take me on a test drive to show me everything that the vehicle could do. I even was able to come back a few days later and get another tutorial. He is just an all around Great guy! Kia will always get my business. Even my 16 year old daughter enjoyed the experience. She is looking forward to getting her first car from Kia as well.

Had scheduled an appointment to take care of a recall, when engine issues reared their ugly heads. D
ropped the car off, and was in contact with the dealership for most of the cars stay there. Staff did their best to keep me posted on the status of the repair, and vehicle was restored to operating condition.

Pleasant Experience!
I knew the vehicle I wanted but it was not yet available at the dealership in my trim and colour.
Bu
t I went on a test drive with what was available and confirmed my choice.
Then the negotiations began...I don't like negotiations where it feels like someone (the dealer) holds most of the cards and I have to try win some. However, this is what I liked about the experience:
1. We quickly narrowed down what was negotiable and focused on that.
2. I worked with Julian and Vinh and they were pleasant and also nice to my family
3. Julian returned my calls and looked out for my new car's availability
4. Finance guys were also very responsive and explained stuff well
5. I got a price I am comfortable with (yet I am apprehensive)
6. The gas tank was very full when Libron handed me my car keys
7. I am happy to write this review and look forward to a continued good long car care experience
