We had our 2004 Toyota towed to Schimpfs because it would not start. The only thing they could find
was it appeared it was flooded. They got it started and couldn’t find anything wrong other than the battery was weak. They had to of spent several hours checking the car. They could have replaced some parts and charged me but only charged a half hour. So far the car is starting ok. They are very honest and do excellent service.

We got a quote to get our transmission and timing belt done by them and they gave us a clear quote br
eaking down every aspect of the repair. They ran into some issues with our vehicle as it was the first time doing it on that specific vehicle and it ended up taking longer than what they had originally quoted but they honored the quoted price and were very upfront with us as to the delays. They did fantastic work and got it done as quick as they could without compromising a quality job. Will be returning customers!

I'd like to take a second and give a shout out to Josh's tune up. He's a professional business owner
and great mechanic. He gave me what I consider a fair repair price and speedy timeline. I took my vehicle in there the night before dropped it off and the keys in the drop box. Sent him a text notifying him. Before I even woke up the next morning he had already messaged me back saying it was in being repaired. The repair took a quick couple hours and by the time he was ready to close shop that day he messaged and said it would be done. So basically I was without a car for not even 24 hours. That's a great repair time imo. Thanks Josh and Matt for fixing me up. I probably be contacting you in future for more repairs.

April 25, 2024: having traveled 300+ miles my 2012 X5 suddenly and randomly illuminates multiple faul
t warnings approx 9pm. I pull into an advance auto as they’re closing, ask them to run their diagnostic. Waiting for the clerk to assist a gentleman approaches me, announcing he’s a BMW tech and asks if he may help. Surprisingly, he volunteers to have me follow him to his shop where he diagnoses and runs systems tests. He throughly explains findings and updates fault/failure warnings. * Again, it’s beyond “After hours!” This is the BMW certified Technician any BMW owner expects . Professional, informative and knowledgeable! Highly recommended! I would absolutely use his services again.
