I was around town running errands when suddenly my car had no dash guages, no power steering, no turn
signals. The engine was running so I chose to limp my car to Pinellas Auto. It was 12:30pm on Friday. I could tell they were busy but they worked me in. By 4pm I had a new alternator and surprisingly completed my errands. Many thanks YOU ARE THE BEST!!

st about the issue being covered as a special warranty by the manufacturer IF I went to the dealer. That said, I was told to come back if the dealer protested and they would do the repair for free. That wasn't necessary but I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

While vacationing in AMI, my Ford Bronco developed a strong malodor and smoke appeared under the hood
. As I was checking out of the VRBO the very next morning, I was preparing to make alternative travel plans back to Michigan if my car was not functional. Johnny was SO understanding and prompt in his attention to my dilemma! He attended to the vehicle early that afternoon! While the source of the odor was not identified, he thoroughly inspected it, drove it around the island and gave me the green light to drive home the next day. I am still SO appreciative to his attentiveness that day as he truly understood my predicament! Forever grateful!
