Excellent
I Absolutely love the work done to my Car, I was involved in a car accident and they had my car looking brand new as if I had just bought it from the dealership. Staff was so friendly and always in communication with the status of my car. This shop was recommended from two other collision shops because I have a custom paint matte finish and they have exceeded my expectations and I love my car.

Disappointed
I'm very sorry that I trusted Google review to pick up Some Repair for my Lexus RX 330 bodywork. On April 15th, my car was hit by someone who has insurance with 21st Century insurance company. The insurance company was nice to me and informed me that I can choose my own body shop to fix the damage. Maybe it is the law that they have to, I'm not sure. But it caused me a lot of trouble and I felt because I'm ignorant and Some Repair took advantage on me. After I picked up my car from Some Repair, one day back in May (I forgot the exact date). The next day I tried to turn on the engine to go out, the car key suddenly became soft that wouldn't turn the car on, I then realized that it's broken. I started to worry and went to Some Lexus dealership asking for help. My nightmare started. Service adviser opened the hood, had told me that the damage was only fixed on one side but not the other side. (I have photos to prove). Also on the driver side, there is a dint in the area above the rear tire. I didn't have this dint before I sent my car to Some Repair and there was no confirmation about this dint when I was at Some Repair the first day. Of these three issues, dint on my car, broke my car key, not fix the damage completely, only half done, Regal Repair only give me $300. I would rather not to have this $300, instead that I want them to finish the repair job.

It’s particularly concerning that the damage wasn’t fully addressed and that a new dent mysteriously appeared – it sounds like it might have taken on a mind of its own. While the $300 may feel more like a parachute after a rough jump than a satisfactory resolution, we’re definitely here for you if you need advice on your next steps. We’re all about making sure our customers feel heard and supported, even if the road has a few bumps along the way.

Not great
Unfortunately when they fixed my alignment, they broke a brake line on my Escalade, and it's leaking fluid. They also don't seem interested in making it right, which is pretty disappointing after being a customer for 10 years.

Missed the mark this time.
Promised me the car would be ready Monday, and it wasn't. Not sure what's happened, they are usually more attentive than this. Hopefully something they will fix soon.

Do not I repeat do not take your car to this shop.
They misdiagnosed my car over three times & I now have to get a new engine. At the time my car wasn’t even five years old. I have had five different mechanics now look at the car and everyone leads back to I should have never of taken my car to them and they’re at fault. When you try and have them do the right thing the front desk lady and the owner are completely rude. I now had to hire a lawyer. It took some time but, I am going to fight for what is right. Please I beg you don’t end up like me and trust this company.

Love these guys!
Very transparent, and up front with what needs to be done, what's urgent and what isn't, and what the price is. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else. And the are CAA approved, so I know the work is guaranteed.

Lara was awesome.
Lara was extremely helpful in helping me purchase (and frankly choose) a new car somewhat unexpectedly. Her attention to detail and warm attitude was greatly appreciated, not to mention she provided an added element of trust woman to woman. She was especially patient as I found our five hour excursion somewhat frustrating, which I am also grateful for.

Slow, and expensive
They could do a lot better at communicating. I am still waiting to hear from them on a few items. I wished it was a better experience.

Was expecting better communication
I have usually always had great experiences here, but this time they missed the mark a bit. My car sat ready for two days, and no one called me. I hope this was a one time occurrence as I'd like to come back.
