Fantastic experience.
The entire experience purchasing my Mitsubishi Outlander was excellent. From start to finish, I never felt pressured, which made a huge difference. I was honestly dreading the buying process because of pushy sales experiences I have had at other dealerships, but this was completely different.
The whole team, from sales to finance to insurance, made the experience smooth, comfortable, and genuinely pleasant. Everyone was professional, helpful, and easy to deal with. They answered my questions, gave me the information I needed, and made the entire process feel straightforward and stress-free.
This was by far one of the best vehicle purchasing experiences I have had, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering a Mitsubishi.

Very good communications, service and fair negotiations.
The overall experience was good, communications were prompt, and in the end I was able to negotiate a fair deal for the car. Jacob was very helpful answering general questions about the vehicle, the warranty and the sales process.
