I dropped off my 2012 Honda Civic at their facility for a front end alignment. I later received a call from owner that there was a bent tie rod and a bent lower control arm in my right front end and I needed to have those 2 parts replaced, in order to have a proper front end alignment. Fortunately, I picked up my car after paying $70 fees to them.. I had 3 certified mechanics check my front end for "damage" or "bent" items. Each mechanic said I had no bent or bad front end parts. I returned to Signature Automotive service and even showed them the parts that was suppose to be damaged and compared the "new parts with the "old parts" and they gave me double talk and refused to return my $70. It is my opinion that Signature Automotive was trying to charge me for replacement parts I didn't need ! I would now ever do business there again. Yes, I took my car to a reputable mechanic and had my front end aligned successfully, completely with the original parts.....saving several hundreds of dollars !

They quickly addressed my concerns from my original review. They are still knowledgeable and honest and worked with me to decide the best course of action for my vehicle.
