I was able to call them and have my vechicle towed there. Within an hour they had received the vehicl
e, inspected the issue, and contacted me with a solution. The information that was given to me was put in terms that I knew and they made sure that I was aware of the repairs that needed done and those that were optional. They had the parts on hand and were able to make the repairs within the day. I got my vehicle back and was off the lot before closing! Overall Buckeye Complete Auto Care was able to make my vehicle troubles a bad day and not a bad week. I would recommend them to anyone in the area in need of auto repairs.

From start to finish, Will was incredibly helpful on many fronts. He was very communicative about cos
ts, timelines, and expectations. More than that, he ensured the best care for my lowered, modified car and took care to make sure everything went as good as possible. Every tech that laid a finger on my car has brownie points in my book, but Shane gets double. He made sure my car got up onto the alignment rack without damage and did a damn good alignment, especially considering how low my car is and how small the gap between the wheels/tires and my fenders are. He not only did a good alignment on almost exclusively aftermarket parts, but he was willing to install rear toe arms for me. I cannot thank the techs here enough, and in that same vein, I can’t recommend Will enough. Everyone involved took great care of my car for a great price and I couldn’t be happier.

When I left my home and started hearing scrapping from the bottom of my car and panicked. I'm so glad
that Wayne's was the closest shop. They saw my car right away and fixed the skid plate in less than 30 minutes. Couldn't have been more than 15. I was so relieved that it was only $54. Any other place would have charged me $150 at best.
