Kevin said he liked the fact that the business got him in for work really quickly. They gave a good estimate and did quality work. His repair was extended an extra two days over the weekend as there was a wait for a part. They did give him the option to pick up his vehicle on the promised date and come back once the part arrived, but he felt it was more convenient to just wait until it was all done instead of having to come back later.

Yergalem said the staff was very friendly and informative. She had an issue after the repair. She was not able to turn off the 4 wheel drive. She took the vehicle to another facility and asked them how to do it. They told her it was a mechanical issue, and advised her to take the vehicle back to this business. She did, and this business was able to fix it right away.

Sheila said the staff was very nice, professional, polite, engaging, and provided excellent customer service. They worked with her, and made little adjustments so that it would not be so expensive. They took the vehicle in, in a timely fashion, and got it done at a fair price. She could not be more pleased. The body and paint work were beautiful. The waiting room is lovely. It is a very nice facility.

Sorry for the miscomunictaion between you and your Insurance Company. Your insurance company used to give a $100 deduction if taken to one of their preferred vendors - They send out a letter to the all policy holders over  1 year ago stating they changed their policy
