Derrich said he was told his vehicle was on the schedule but it was not. An appointment was about one month out. He was very dissatisfied with this situation. The door frame was not pushed in all the way and the key hole was not flush with the vehicle's body.

Not sure how to respond to this - as the person we dealt with for repairs is a different person - yes we were booked out for 1 month and yes the door frame was pushed - not sure on the key hole as we did not deal with that area of the car- as always if there ever is a problem with our repairs or any concerns at all, we guarantee our work for as long as you own your vehicle. I noticed you would still recommending us!
