Cindy said her vehicle was delayed several times, the first being because they didn't make the appointment with the estimator when she did, and when she went in, they didn't have her on the books at all. She then had to wait one and a half weeks at that point it was delayed again and they told her it was because someone lost the parts. They weren't able to tell her when the parts would be in but told her they would let her know when they came in. She called them several times to check on the progress and after several delays, they told her her vehicle would be ready on a Friday. She received no call on Friday so she called them the following Monday and they told her it was ready the previous Friday, but she had no record of them calling her. At that point they couldn't release the vehicle to her because they said they didn't have the check from the insurance provider. She called the provider and they told her they had already sent the check to them. She then paid the bill herself and then had to wait for the insurance provider to pay her back. She said the people were nice but she wouldn't recommend them because of all the delays and they lied to her about calling her when they didn't.
