Charles said he was extremely dissatisfied, and that this was one of the worst automotive experiences he has ever had. He was told that if he didn't get parts replaced, then they couldn't guarantee the front end alignment. They replaced parts that didn't need replacing. His bill was over $2100. He was out of state and had to drive back home. His vehicle is almost worse than before he brought it in. He is having a hard time keeping it on the road. His regular mechanic looked at it before he was at this business, and said it didn't need hardly any parts replaced. He stated he felt he really ran into a shyster deal. He added his vehicle still needs to be realigned.
