Dale stated that they listen to him and the receptionist who answers the phone listened to what he had to say and even texted him that his vehicle couldn't be on warranty because of the modifications. He asked her to ask the mechanics and see if they feel the same. They were able to fix the problem that he has had for 12 years and listened to him when his other mechanic did not. He is very, very happy with the experience.
