Poor diagnostics
Prior to me bringing my car in i hooked jumper cables to the car to try to get it to start it never started tried over a hour Brought my car in it wasn't running they said they were going to get it running told me it was just the battery i told them i jumped it off already and I'm pretty sure thats not the problem because it would've started when i jumped it off prior but i needed the car running tried to take the experts advice told them replace the battery they replaced it and said my car was available for pickup and it was running and fixed got to the place paid $526 and tried to start my car to take it home and it still was doing the exact same thing as it was before i even brought it to them they never fixed it the problem !! and Everyone just threw there hands up like it was my fault it wasnt fixed soo then the guy shows me a problems it could be after he "GOOGLED IT" and told me it was going to be another $400 to fix it !! i wanted to try this place just because it was right around the corner from my house but i will never bring a car here again and i recommend y'all don't either !!!! Bad Business!
