"My 2011 Ford Mustang GT A/C repair"
My A/C issue was two-fold. Quite recently, my car started making an audible clicking sound in the dash and my A/C immediately started blowing only hot air through the left 2 vents. I knew from previous experience that this was a cheap plastic actuator that had gone bad. But knowing that it was buried deep inside the dashboard and would involve several hours of labor to replace, I chose to simply close off the left 2 vents. A few weeks later, my A/C compressor started to make a groaning noise and I knew it was only a matter of time before it failed. Well low and behold, 2 weeks later, my compressor died.

I brought the car to Mr. Greg Roberts at GT Automotive and he diagnosed the issue. I had a bad high pressure hose (indicated by all the grime caused by the leaking refrigerant where the hose was crimped at the fitting), a bad compressor and a bad actuator. Mr. Greg confirmed that the parts were not cheap, but that he and his team could have me back on the road in no time. He passed along "his" savings on the compressor as I already knew the MSRP online (thx Greg) and he saved me a lot of money. However, the "guide" that mechanics use to determine the number of hours a job takes stated that the $30.00 actuator required 9 hours to replace and involved removing the entire dashboard.

GT Automotive could have easily charged me the full 9 hours of labor that the job called for, However, his stellar employees (Joe & Cody) were able to "snake" the old actuator out from behind the glove box and installed the new one the same way. They did the job in 3 hours and Mr. Greg passed along those 6 hours of savings to me. I would have never known this had Mr. Greg not told me. As I've said before, this is an HONEST shop and they will never perform unnecessary work. If you are looking for skilled technicians doing honest work, look no further.

"A very satisfied customer"
I drive a 2004 Lexus SUV. It needed work done. We brought my SUV to my new best friend Greg at GT Automotive. He was freindly and very understanding. We were treated like we are a part of his family. They even called the next day to see how the SUV was running. I told them it was running like new SUV! Thanks guys! Keep up the good work.
