"Great Service"
I think it's fair to say that you can't get better service in the Rochester-area than at Adamsons. Mark, the service manager, sets the tone for the entire department and each of his service advisors provide top-notch customers service and honesty. I always feel confident at any repair advice I'm given on any of our vehicles, and I always know that, if something goes wrong, they will bend over backwards to make things right. Adamsons represents, in my opinion, the best of the best in Rochester.

"Dealership’s fine, service’s horrible!"
They market “no appointment needed for oil change” but still takes 45 mins. Also even with appointment they did not correctly estimate a timeframe and wasted 3 hours of my morning and made no change about a safety passenger belt alert that I (and Hyundai) were concerned it was mute. Not sure if this is worth the free oil change deal they offered with my lease :/
