Spoke with Kate. She said the business took good care of her. She was out of town and they got her in and out. They got her back on the road. One of the gentlemen in the business was nice, helpful, honest.

"Not an auto shop"
If you have time & Money to waste this is the place.
Having Transmission work done OK,Having auto work done DON'T.!
Paid cash for some truck work and was over charge $ 1100.00 took a threat to go to court to get it back and a months time.
Replaced a NEW set of injectors did improve power but nothing else, mileage went from 18-19 mph.to 11.5 that was suppose to be the fix....Ha haaaaa.
I could go on but why ?
Good shop for transmission work, JOE does his best BUT the excuses all suck an Appointment for work means nothing and you may get your Vehicle back in 3 days to a week.
GET GUESSIMATE IN WRITING AND PROVIDE OWN PARTS Advanced won't waranttee them but where you buy them should, advanced mark up is 35% over cost on top of labor etc.

Jason said the staff knew what they were doing. He went to them for a transmission service and before they were done they tried to tell him he needed $1,000 worth of work done. They didn't explain the service very well. The owner took him to the motel. There was no communication and they didn't pick him up in the morning he had to walk to their facility to find out what was going on. He asked them why they kept his vehicle over night and they didn't really answer him. They need to work on communicating more with their customers and providing better explanations of what is going on with the vehicle. He would have liked them to service his transmission and let him know the diagnosis on the invoice. He needed brake pads and they cost $30. He is okay with them and he would use them again.

"Trustworthy crew "
1996 ford 7.3ltr powerstroke diesel, crewcab dually. I came in for a clutch replacement, with me provideing the clutch via internet purchase. They shipped the wrong flywheel, and so other parts were useless too. They worked through this. Then they found a leaking rear main seal, which meant the engine had to be yanked. I was aware of this, and was waiting for the crew I could trust. They provided me with a loaner car, and had fixed all the issues by the next day. My hat is off to this knowledgeable group, and the cost was reasonable.

Rhianon said the business couldn't give her an estimate until the vehicle was done. The staff left a scratch on the bumper. They didn't mention the vehicle needing an alignment. They didn't hook the radio up after the work was done. The center counsel was broken by the business. The check engine light turned on after pulling out of the shop. It was bad customer service.
