I got the phone number and called Albert Jr. I provided him with the transfer case tag and VIN and within 90 minutes he had found a used transfer case that would ship in time. I dropped the truck off on Thursday and it was done and ready to go on Monday. Not only did Albert Jr. pull a rabbit out of his hat, but he did so with a smile and a handshake.
