If I could give this place 100 stars I would. When I say from the time I walked in this place to the time I walked out, I felt like a valued customer. First of all, they have an entire section in the waiting room dedicated to children. The wall is painted beautifully, there’s books to read, coloring books, toys, etc. The fact they thought to consider people with kids & have something for them to do besides sit on a phone is amazing! There’s a tv, WiFi, water & snacks as well. Not to mention, the decor around the place is so pretty in general. The plants, the signs, the bathroom was nice and clean and well decorated also. I loved it. Not what you’d expect from an auto repair shop. I’ve been to many in my day & this was the first one I’ve ever seen like this. You can tell they really care about their customers. Something else that stands out is the way they treat people. The 2 girls at the front desk (Amy & Jenny) were very kind. I also got to meet Albert & he was kind as well. Very informative when explaining the issue with the car. Went above & beyond by checking out everything. He showed me the wear & tear on my tires even though I was there for something else. They went trying to upsell or pressure me to do anything. Just open, honest, straightforward, kind, friendly service. The entire atmosphere is just warm and welcoming which is extremely appreciated. Especially in today’s time where customer service lacks so much. I was told about this place by someone at a nearby Autozone & I am oh so happy I was. Seriously such a blessing! I may not have known about this place otherwise because I live on the complete opposite side of town. However!!! I will definitely be back for all my car needs. I’ll be sure to refer everybody I know with car needs here as well. 10/10/10/10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I cannot stress it enough. Thank you guys for everything! 🥲🫶🏾⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
