Mark has twice detected a potential and serious problem while my X5 was in for routine service. We discussed the possible problems and he twice delivered the X5, completed and ahead of schedule. Both potential problems could have had serious consequences had Mark not spotted them. All our family vehicles get their turn at Alexander’s. Thank you.
