"Alexandria Hyundai could use some improvements"
I'm not sure if I would recommend Alexandria Hyundai as I am currently only going there if needed for location convenience. The oil change pricing is outrageous for just the standard oil and the customer service at this location is lacking. I was told 1 wait time and then when I arrived onsite it took almost twice as long for service to be completed and there were only 1-2 other people having their vehicle worked on at the same time. I never received a report as to if the recall piece was replaced or how bad it was. The front desk/customer service people were too busy yelling and laughing among-est themselves to notice anyone other than them. It always seems to be an issue when I come to this location that work takes longer than usual and the customer service is not up to par.

Service Advisor was caring and kept me updated about the progress of the maintenance. He went above and beyond by ensuring the car was in a convenient location for me to be able to get my baby in without getting wet since it was raining.

I have a brand new Hyundai that I bought from this location. I have only had my car serviced here and each time it was a great experience (with the exception of my very first service when they forgot I was there, lol)

"Oil Change Service"
Went to get an oil change and ended up needing a few more things. Told Ronald about an issue with the window switch breaking and I also needed a new battery since the factory one failed a test. Ronald helped me out and got everything done. The window switch had to be special ordered because they just can't replace the small plastic piece. So they have to replace the entire driver side window switch. He said I'll get a phone call once it comes in. Overall, excellent service. Thank you!
