Seven weeks to get my car back

Do not take your car there!! I initially brought my car in on October of 2024. They rebuilt my transmission, and it took them over a month to do it. 9 months later the transmission broke down and my car was no longer drivable. I brought it back to Alltech because I had already paid for it. It cost $3,500 to get it repaired, and it was under warranty. I had to return it at least 2 other times for them to work on it and make it drivable. They kept it for 1 or more weeks each time and never communicated with me. If I wanted updates, I had to call them. Fortunately, it was under warranty. When I kept having issues with the vehicle, I made them extend the warranty. Thank goodness I did. Just nine months later my newly rebuilt transmission broke down. I put it back in their shop and it took them seven weeks to repair it. They offered no communication. If I wanted to know what was going on, I had to call them on at least 3 different numbers. When I finally got my car back there was trash left inside of it, two of my hubcaps were missing, and my console lid was completely broken off. They wanted to leave the keys in the car and park it across the street from their business right after they closed so that they wouldn't have to deal with telling me about all these things. They never mentioned the broken console, although it was very clear to see. I mostly dealt with Jay. He was very rude and "accidentally" hung up on me several times when I called to check on his progress with my vehicle after a month. Every time I spoke with him, he told me that my car would likely be done the following week. When I would call back the next week, he would say, no, it will be the following week, and so on. Do not take your car there.
