Returned in a week after being told brakes were fine to I needed brakes replaced for the second time in a year
Had my car inspected specifically asked to have brakes checked for the second time since replacing them. Told the brakes were fine but needed tires and alignment. Returned the next week for the same problem and told I needed brakes replaced. My husband had a similar experience the last several times he was there. Honesty is the best policy always ..good or bad.

THE FIRST TIME YOU WAS HERE YOUR TIRES HAD CHUNKS MISSING WHICH CAN CAUSE THE SAME ISSUES AS A WARPED ROTOR, AND WE SHOWED YOU  WHAT THEY  LOOKED LIKE AND YOU DID AGREE TO GET THEM DONE.  WHICH TURNS OUT TO BE SOME OF THE ISSUES. WE ALSO ASSISTED IN REPLACING YOUR BRAKES AND ROTORS ALL THE WAY AROUND TO MAKE IT RIGHT FOR YOU.  DO APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE AND YES HONESTY IS WHAT WE DO HERE.
