I read great reviews so I went. My ram was worked on it came back fixed. I then took my tahoe for a belt change .I was told that it would be better if the pulley system with belt should be changed and that my water pump should be changed as well. So I went ahead and had them change all that. I took the tahoe home and parked it, the next day I was going into town in my tahoe and it started to over heat so I called them and explained the over heating .I took my tahoe back and they told me that the thermostat had to be replaced with a censor so I consented. I picked up my tahoe and started to drive it again and it started to over heat again so I took it back. They gave it an flush and told me that it's common and that it was still moving back and forth on the temp gage but it would be ok.i took my tahoe and the gage read overheating again so I took it back they said that it was a faulty censor .I called them and asked about the tahoe they said they needed to plush it again at this point I had already spent over a grand trying to fix the overheating problem. Just felt a sense of helplessness im no mechanic and I felt that at this point what do I do so they told me after the second flush was ordered that they ran it and the tempt gage was holding the mechanic also told me that he had the temp gage open early so it was going to run cold . I picked up the tahoe and started for home then it started warming up again and is still running over the middle mark on the temp gage I have to press the gas and rev the engine for the gage to start dropping. The staff is great and friendly my ram was fixed the tahoe overheating after all that was added and done and a sense of what can I do just tucked. Again im no mechanic but the tahoe never over heated before the water pump and all that other stuff was done. Like I said the reviews is what drew me there and they are friendly and will answer any questions you may have and I pray they prosper. It's just the whole evening that was done and all that was spent on an overheating issue that's not really fixed yet is bummer for me. No disrespect just my experience in this particular situation.
