Gregg said this business overcharged considerably and estimated 35 hours for the amount of work they did. Tape lines are visible on the quarter panel, and the finish is different. The bumper and tailgate only needed bolts, and there's no way 2 men spent 8 hours a day doing the work. He didn't pay for it and they ripped off the insurance company. The quarter panel work was inferior. They did a quickie spray job and charged for 36 hours. They'd told him it would take 1.5 weeks, but called at 11 am the morning after he brought it in. They told him they were way ahead of schedule, and it was ready the following day. The estimator was a schmoozer who shook his hand 5 times in 10 minutes, as though he was his best friend. He wasn't satisfied with the quality of the work nor the estimate of the job. The whole thing was a scam and the whole thing stinks. He wouldn't recommend this business because of this experience.
