Shymee said this business accommodated her in every way. When her vehicle had to be kept longer than initially promised, she was assured by the business her rental vehicle would be available. She mentioned according to her insurance policy, she was only allowed a vehicle for 3 days but her repairs took an extra week. This business was able to allow her the use of a rental vehicle for the entire duration of the experience and was respectable, hospitable, and fixed the vehicle correctly without additional charges. She stated her vehicle was ready when promised but due to parts and insurance company delays the vehicle promised date was pushed back. This business did an excellent job, called and provided update emails and the personnel were very friendly, courteous and hospitable. She appreciated the very thorough job and this business taking pride in their work.
