Reda said she purchased her new vehicle from there. She said she noticed some small scratches in the back by the light and is unsure if it was there before. When she dropped off her vehicle, they told her the price for the repairs was $1500 but when she picked it up she was charged a little more. She was told the extra charge was because the safety lock wasn't working. Reda further mentioned her husband spoke with them regarding the issue and they dropped the price back down.
