Donna said this business didn't do it right the first time. She's not even really sure they did it right the 2nd time, but this business felt comfortable about it. She's not sure it's properly repaired because the driver's side most rear window, which doesn't open or close, looks the same as the other window, but when she touches it, it bounces back, and the other window like it doesn't do that. It's disconcerting because she doesn't know if it will fly out again like it did. She's not comfortable with it, but Carl felt comfortable with what the glass company did. She was very confused about the readiness time frame. They'd originally scheduled the rental return for Thursday, so she'd assumed it would be ready that day. Then she got a call that they needed more parts and it would be delayed until at least Friday. They kept it over the weekend and it wasn't ready until the following week. She was in a rush so she took it without noticing they gave it back to her with all kinds of scratches around where the window was replaced. It was really inconvenient. She returned that day to show them, and they scheduled a return visit for Monday, but by the time it was completed she'd made a 4th visit. She had to take time from work for all of those visits and she had to make up the time. Also, Enterprise didn't have a rental available for the return visit on Monday, so she had to change it with this business to Wednesday. She spent 20 minutes on the phone with Enterprise and 20 minutes on the phone with Auto Body of Tyson's Corner. The last visit was the 4th time she'd been in, and the whole thing has been an enormous inconvenience. It was nice that when she asked, they did fix a tiny little scratch for her, which she appreciated and was grateful for, but it was a small thing in comparison to the enormous inconvenience she experienced.
