Hailm said the vehicle was late. He said the repair was fine except for an alignment problem on the front left panel. He will return to have the parts realigned properly. The vehicle was promised to be ready in 3 weeks. It was 3 weeks late because of more damage found. The business did not call to alert him to the delay. He had to call them and he thinks he was not called in a timely manner because this happened over the holidays. He added when he called the business they did answer his questions and he felt they kept him adequately updated. The business initiated a call when the vehicle was finished.
