After Oregon office did a repair on the passenger window of my car i can't open passenger window from the driver seat anymore. For the whole week i kept trying to get their attention to this problem and they kept feeding me with "we will call you back soon”, “ we will think about the way how we can resolve this problem”. They never did. I emailed them few times, they never respond. All i know is the fact that i didn't have this problem before the work on the passenger door has been done, and it appeared right after the window was repaired. Week after they refused to take any responsibility for the problem that was created after they worked on my car. The manager refused to connect me to the higher manager, and kept saying the same thing that they didn't work on my driver door, so they are not going to do anything about it and she is not going to send any technicians to check on what have happened. She didn't even hear me, she didn't even make any attend to hear and to help. Well it might be a wire that technician who worked on the window demaged, might be not. But there is a way to find out, and if it is a company's fault then company has to pay for repair work, if not then its on me to pay this expenses. But the manager refused to accept the fact that it might be their responsibility at all. I know that this is not a way how company needs to treat their customers.
