This family run business had taken the time, and a great deal of patient, I might add, to help me understand everything they see that needs fixing. Telling what needs to be done now, what I can expect to need in the near future, and what I should save for , like a tune up, in the not so near future. They have even pointed out what the DEALERSHIP (because we always used the dealership pior, because, hey, we thought the dealership would have mechanics that knew their own vehicles...NOT) had done wrong. Even to the point of using zip ties on n one of our cars!
