"Trust worthy service"
I have had several appointments at automotive instincts. I have always found their servicemen polite and helpful. I have never felt that I was being taken advantage of or over charged.

They fixed my issues! Very cost conscious. Stayed within original quote unless other problems were found but still gave me the choice to approve or not before the work was done. Very professional?

"Oil Change price change without notice"
Overall I am pleased with the service I have been provided , but was disappointed to realize that the price had changed from 19.99 to 29.00 the last time through. (this past Saturday) I was told it was a promotion and that it stopped. That was the main reason I came back to you. As you know we are all interested in saving money any way or wherever we can and I can pay 29.00 anywhere. I would appreciate if you have promotions and they ends to be advised ahead of time so I could make a decision if I wanted to use you or someone else.
