**Vehicle Mileage and Year:** It's a 2023 Model 3 with only 922 miles.
**Cost:** I paid $20,000 for the service.
**Service for Vehicle:** Hail Damage
**Quality of Service:**
1. The vehicle was fixed, but it wasn't cleaned properly. Tony and Todd repeatedly assured me that my car would be detailed, but that didn't happen. I had to deal with a dirty car for over two months.
2. My windshield wiper cover is missing from one of the arms.
3. My key card was returned to me in a worse condition than I gave it.
4. Paint chips appeared on my car's door jam due to poor work quality.
5. There was glue residue on the top glass and stains near the rooftop glass.
6. My car now has an unpleasant vinegar smell, which wasn't there when I dropped it off.
7. I noticed a scratch mark on the outside passenger window.
8. The driver's side door knob pull is now pushed in, and I have video evidence to prove it.
9. There's a gap in the upper roof glass installation.
**Overall Communication:** The communication was poor throughout. I had to contact AutoNation for updates because my adjuster wasn't responsive. Tony initially helped, but communication eventually deteriorated.
**Overall Summary:** If I could turn back time, I would never have chosen this service center. If I could, I'd rate them 0 stars. Despite parts shortages, there's no excuse for the multiple issues I encountered. This experience is a result of poor workmanship, not parts availability. I strongly advise against using this service center. My vehicle was with them for over two months, and this is how it was returned to me.
**Update - September 15th:** I brought my vehicle back due to the unsatisfactory initial service from June 13th to September 14th. I'll update this review once they've addressed the issues I mentioned. My expectations are low at this point.
My initial dissatisfaction has transformed into complete satisfaction now.
In the end, Todd did manage to rectify the initial issue with his communication. After bringing my car back, the manager himself took full accountability, apologized, and even provided a $137 check. They certainly made amends for their earlier mistakes, so I'm inclined to give them a 5-star rating. My car looks significantly better now, and I appreciate their efforts to make things right.
