Phenomema;
Kyla Nelson, Collision Estimator, made the difference between average and outstanding. As did the whole process. Kyla is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the damage relative to the repair. Plus on her own, she price matched OEM parts as she understands the value of OEM. I maintain my vehicles extremely well. And, part of the maintenance is OEM. At the same time, she protected the repair price as well by using OEM where they met the price match criteria. Then for follow up, again she did not disappoint. Once home and under the garage fluorescent lighting, I saw the paint on the hood had an orange peel effect and slight contamination in some areas. I also saw the hood had not been fit as good as it could have been. Upon her seeing the areas of concern, Kyla was right on it. She scheduled me for bringing it in for corrections. I dropped it off in the morning, and for goodness sakes, had it back that afternoon! Throughout the whole repair process Kyla kept me apprised of status. My car was brought into service and done in an exemplary timeframe. And, I can't leave out the mechanics as so far so good on the performance of my Outback. It's not at all evident from this repair that out of nowhere a deer was staring me in the face on the front of my car. Which is why I had this outstanding repair experience at AutoNation Collision. So, this will add to their excellent reviews that helped me make the final decision on where I wanted my Outback repaired.
