Todd said the business fixed his air conditioning a year ago and he recently started having issues again. The business worked hard to figure out the problem and charged him a reasonable rate. It was working very well, but now he is having trouble with it again. It works and then it stops. This is not any fault of the business, it is just a tricky thing. He called the business yesterday and he will be bringing it back in soon.
