Jim said the air conditioner in his vehicle was leaking water on his passenger floor. This business rectified that problem but he was wondering if that was caused by previous work he had done to his vehicle. He is content with the service. Bob, an employee at this business responds well and tries to help. He appreciates what he has done for him and he tries to bring him business.

4 out of 5 stars Mr. C.? Really? I take you home, I pick you up, I discount your services, I supply you with free windshield wipers...I seriously can't imagine what I've missed. You need to appreciate the  special attention you receive. 4 out of 5 stars is an insult.

Jane said she was overall pleased, but wished they would have been faster. The business had the vehicle for 3 weeks. The vehicle was towed there because of an emergency, and she did not have an appointment. They had other vehicles ahead of hers and the vehicle required additional servicing. The vehicle was washed and waxed, which was very pleasing.

Thanks for the positive review, Annette! That was a huge transmission fluid leak under that Buick of yours, and I commend you for taking immediate action. Fortunately a transmission service was all that was needed to get that pretty Lucerne back on the road...and when you replace those noisy front hubs your car will be as quiet as a whisper.
