Thanks for taking time to submit a review. There was no work authorized by the customer to further diagnose the issue. We charged the diagnostic fee to inspect and go thru the test that can be done after the customer tried to repair the car themself. We need to make sure everything was correct and customer declined any further diagnostic. Thank you
