John said he left a coupon on the front seat of his vehicle to be applied to his final bill but the staff overlooked this coupon and charged him the full price. The employee who made the correction was a bit huffy over having to refund his money. The overall service was prompt and the repairs fixed his vehicle problems.

No confidence
After being recommended to this business by a friend I went expecting more. I had the impression I was bothering the person behind the counter when asking questions and ended up at the Kia dealer, where I found this shops diagnosis to be way off. Guess I'll stick with the dealer. I was also charged $98 dollars for the poor diagnosis

Thanks for taking time to submit a review.  There was no work authorized by the customer to further diagnose the issue.  We charged the diagnostic fee to inspect and go thru the test that can be done after the customer tried to repair the car themself.  We need to make sure everything was correct and customer declined any further diagnostic.  Thank you

Recent repair on old Eclipse
Their pickup and return service is very helpful. Upfront diagnosis and estimate made it easy for me to choose what I needed for the time I plan to have the car, which I love. I hesitated on the 4 tire replacement, not that it wasn't imperative to get new ones, but I found their pricing was really good.

Needed wipers in rainstorm
Drivers side wiper broke in rainstorm. Luckily Avery’s was just ahead. I swung in, they replaced both wipers, and I was on my way in about 5 minutes.
