Im really not sure what is meant by " using channel locks" , we replaced the battery under warranty and used a ratchet and 10 millimeter socket for installiation. Im sorry for any confusion on my part I just dont understand what could have been done different.

"A good mechanic is hard to find."
I had been to three other mechanics that never fixed the problem. Tim on the other hand will not release the car without it being fixed at a fair price I might add. I would highly recommend Ayers Automotive. They will also give you a ride home and pick you up, not many would do that.
