"Been a resident of va beach for 40 years. Been taking cars there for over 20 years. "
As a family we have been taking our cars there for years. We get good prompt service and never have have anything "extra" done on the car without being called first. As a woman have always been treated like I know what what I'm talking about when I hear one of those noises I know something is wrong. Gene has been in the business a long time and knows what he is doing.

Rod said he went to the facility to get his vehicle looked at. The staff determined what was wrong with his vehicle but they didn't get it fixed. He said the staff could have advised him what is needed to be done because his vehicle still has issues. The staff were great people.

Spoke with Coral. She said she has always been pleased with the business, but not this time. She arrived at the business about 10 am. They ordered a part, which was not delivered. She waited there about 4 hours, then they took her home. She did not get the vehicle back until about 4:30 pm. Other than that, she has always been happy with the service at this business. The delay was not the fault of this business. It was the fault of the dealer.

Just wanted to thank you for discovering the error in the placement of an incorrect part in the drive train when inspecting the car for 2019. If it had not needed inspection and you had not had it, I can't imagine the problems it might have caused. "Annual Inspection"
I have come to rely upon Azalea Super Service for all my vehicle maintenance requirements. I have developed confidence in their ability to do the work properly the first time and their integrity with regard to doing what is right and necessary - not the things that cost the most or generate profit. I have worked with other vendors and sooner or later I get billed for something they can't really explain, or a repair requires rework and additional time. I have not had an experience like that at Azalea they are at the top of my list when it comes to vehicle repairs and maintenance.
