"Deceprive practace"
I was quoted $236. Without my knowledge, they changed the invoice for $57 more (i just asked to change the alternator, nothing else) . Deceptive practice, just apologized but never gave the money back. Stay Away!!!

"Dceptive practice"
They were just supposed to change the alternator and quoted $230 ($115 per hour they charge like franchise dealers). Without my knowledge they added phony system charge which they never disclosed. The took $57 more just saying " sorry we forgot to mention about this charge" - STAY AWAY!
