"My First Visit Will Make Me Come Back"
I stopped in to Barr's Auto literally on a lark to ask Garry and his crew to mount and balance some new wheels for my 79 Trans Am. I was impressed from start to finish with A) The very helpful receptionist, B) Willingness to take on a job that was a bit atypical of a new walk in client, C) The helpfulness of all the staff, including helping me both unload and load my wheels and tires without being asked, D) The carefulness displayed to ensure my new wheels were not damaged, and E) The very quick turnaround time. I could not have been more pleased with what seemed like a true "can do" attitude, and a fair price. As a car guy, I know how hard it is to find a repair shop with these qualities, so I'll definitely be coming back with other work for them in the future. --Doug H

"Genuinely looking to help"
They do no "guesswork". They made sure they knew what was wrong with my vehicle before doing anything to it instead of replacing something without knowing if it will really resolve the issue or not.

"Great customer service"
I needed sound advice as well as service with my 1999 Ford Taurus, not wanting to put too much money into my older car. Barr personnel, both front desk and automotive shop, listened patiently, suggested scenarios and possible strategies to help me to make my own informed decision. I even know what my next plan of action is should I have similar car problems in the future. Their professional manner, obvious extensive knowledge and experience made me feel secure in trusting them to do fine mechanical work at a reasonable price—which they did. The end bill was less than the estimate. Wow! How often does that happen? All of my positive experience with Barr is impressing me to recommend this clean, kind workplace to anyone searching for an honest place to have excellent service and repairs done. Thank you Barr Auto Repair. I had a good feeling about you from the first phone contact I made and that continued through until well after I left with heat in my car once again.

"Oil Change and Overall Check"
Garry and the crew took the car in a few minutes before my appointment time. Came back within a few minutes and explained everything they found (all minor items), changed the oil and all necessary filters, and I was on my way feeling that I have nothing to worry about (at least as far as the car goes)!

"Gary is Always Helpful"
I found I had one headlight out, and I drive to a Genesis workout every morning before sun up, so it is very important to me to have the lights always working. When I called Gary about working me in, he said sure, just bring it in and we'll take car of it today. He is always helpful in that way. It is a pleasure to have a person you can always count on to take excellent care of your vehicles
