Awesome Service

Awesome service and awesome people. Bill and Marcus have always been great to me. If I’m going to pay anyone to fix my car it will always be them. Service is fast and prices for service are better than anywhere else.

Listen to the negative reviews

I didn’t listen to the negative reviews and it was a huge mistake. I got oil changes at Basha for years and had no complaints. Always friendly staff and somewhat reasonable prices for MINOR (I repeat MINOR) maintenance. Whatever you do, do NOT take your car in for any important repairs. They will scam you. They explain what your car needs to you all while talking super fast and mumbling. Then they pressure you into other unneeded repairs. Turns out they don’t even put new parts in. They charge you for work they didn’t even do. DISPUTE YOUR CHARGES if this happens.

Well….. ugh

This all happened within the last 6 months…

I have to say…. I love the guys at Basha and I love their Oil Change Service however, not too sure what in the actual heck is goin on in the garage!!

Brought my car in for front brakes and rotors (which I purchased as I’ve done for decades with my old garage). Basha installed and I still had shaking steering wheel while braking). I purchased more pads and rotors 2 months later (since they said I may have purchased bad rotors which, has never happened before) and they replaced them again. Still squealing and the brake pedal has to be pushed pretty far down. I immediately (after pulling out of the parking lot) turned around. The guy told me it’s probably a different brake issue that’ll cost about $900! Did you NOT look at my brakes at all!?!? WTH!?

My friend took her car there for repairs. A couple weeks later she had to take it back for re-repair!

My nephew took his car there for repairs. He got his car back about 2 weeks ago. Guess where his car is now? Back at Basha for the exact same reason it went in there in first place.

WTH!?!?! Maybe third times a charm with them but, none of us will be trysting their repair service anymore. Shame, because I love thise guys.

Wrong diagnosis

They put a defective water pump on my grandson's monte carlo ss causing a blown head gaskets and a defected radiator.3,000 dollars in repairs.

Oil change

I can’t say enough about this place if you need an oil change or anything else with your car I highly recommend Basha . David and the entire crew really know how to treat a customer. When you arrive you are greeted very kindly offered a water , coffee , candy . They vacuum out your car , make you a coffee open your car door . After your service you get a free car wash . This place is the best . Not to mention how your car smells when they’re done . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BASHA THEY ARE WONDERFUL TO DEAL WITH !!!!!!!

Went In for auto repair

I definitely recommend this place the owner most definitely looked out n made sure I got the best deal for everything that needed to be fixed n worked with me!!! They checked everything n let u know exactly wats wrong with your vehicle . The hospitality exceptional including their oil change place connected to them ??

Great service - friendly staff

Stopped in for oil change and tire rotation. Super friendly service and fast. Cleaned the inside including windows. Great price, I can't receommend this place enough. Armando and the whole staff here are fantastic. This is definitely the place I will be coming to from now on.
