First Experience
The service guys were nice and helpful. I like that they text you updates and you can reply to text. This was helpful during the work day. The only thing I did not like was them trying to add additional cost after the agreed upon amount. One price was given and when I arrived to pay an extra $100 was added with no explanation. After talking the price was reduced. I just believe it is bad practice to provide one cost and then give a new cost with no additional work that occurred.
