I had an excellent experience there. The owner went out driving with me to understand my issues about my cars problem. He then hoisted my car up and analyzed it, diagnosed the problem and called me over to show me what was going on! His evaluation was spot on! I had been to a different car shop a few weeks back and they did not complete the work on my car properly! So he wrote up his findings and sent me back to the other shop for an easy finish to their work which would be free of charge. They agreed per his findings! I will definitely be using Bavarian Auto for my cars now! Service was prompt and honest! Thank you!
