It's never fun to bring in a vehicle for repairs. Beach Auto makes this as painless as possible. They treat you with respect, they communicate with you (a rarity now days) and they take the time to explain everything to you from the technical aspects of what needs to be done and why and also options that you might have which includes not doing the work at all. I've never felt they were trying to create fear or inflate what needs to be done.
