Worst Buy In Town
All of the negative reviews you will read about this place online should be the only warning you'll need not to buy anything from them. I wouldn't fill a tire with air at this dealership if I had a flat and they had the only air pump left on earth!!

The employees are poorly trained in consumer relations and consumer conflict resolution and handle adversity in the most unprofessional manner imaginable. The employees are a reflection of the owner "Brad" who brags about "being in business for 25 years" but without question "Brad" is the WORST business person I have encountered in my entire life. My only interaction with him started with not an introduction but "you have probably been a confrontational person for your entire life" statement. I guess he thought I should've been overwhelmed with joy that they sold me a Cadillac Escalade at 11am on Dec 27, 2018. By 4pm that evening the check engine light was on. I returned Dec 28 to get a service appointment and was told to come back Dec 29. Took the car for service on Dec 29, the check engine light was only cleared from vehicle and never addressed and the car had to be TOWED later that evening after it wouldn't start after leaving the Willow Grove mall. Vehicle was returned on Jan 2nd. (They were closed on new year's eve and again on new year's day). I was a given a loaner Lexus that had a red exclamation point warning on steady for the brakes AND had a steady check engine light on it. Gear shift knob was missing on the loaner vehicle. UN-BE-LIEVE-ABLE!!!! The starter was replaced on the Escalade and after a few days I demanded my money be refunded and my vehicle that I traded in be returned to me. I signed a cancellation of this transaction with them on January 10. Know your rights as a consumer. Especially with dealing with crooks like this dealership. I was told "the vehicle could not be fixed because of an air pump suspension issue." Like whaaaaaaaat? Your service people can't address a suspension issue? Okay. Whatever dude. I didn't even bother questioning their diagnosis at this point and only wanted this transaction cancelled. Do yourself a favor.....Find a trustworthy and reputable used car dealer. There are other inconsistencies with this dealership and their processes from the sales, to service, and other things that I won't name here because of legal reasons, but consider my terrible experience with them a warning and take your business elsewhere. There are SEVERAL great used car dealerships in the Philly area. Take your time and research them before making a purchase so you don't get stuck with a lemon vehicle that you'll be required to continue to make payments on until it's paid off. In their defense, they were great during the sales portion of this situation. Most companies are. However, companies maintain a good reputation with the public gain that trust with what happens AFTER the sale. Business 101. Worst Buy In Town should be the name of the dealership. The owner is incompetent. The salesperson is untrustworthy. The finance lady "Gina" (good luck with getting last names for these folks. Even their "meet the staff" area of their website doesn't list their names) was great in getting financing...... but absolutely HORRENDOUS when the time came to cancel the transaction. I had to return to the dealership to ask them to re-fax the cancellation of the contract to the finance company after they said they did not receive it from them because when I called to ask "Kevin" the salesperson to do it earlier that day, he said there was no one available until the following Monday who could resend the fax. I can't make this up. These people are the absolute worst. Only an idiot would believe that on the busiest sales day of the week (Saturday) who NO ONE be available in the finance department at a car dealership to resolve a finance issue by sending a fax. Like, really? When I returned to the dealership, there she was, Gina the finance person. Present and accounted for. However, she rudely DECLINED MY REQUEST to resend a fax of the cancellation, for whatever the reason. Again, take your business elsewhere. The horrible reviews you will read here, and Google, and on the Better Business Bureau sites etc are ALL TRUE about them. 100% accurate.

Hands down, the Worst Buy In Town. That should be their slogan for this disgrace they call a used car dealership.

What's the rating for less than zero stars? That's the rating for my experience with this lemon farm. 10 thumbs down!
