We're sorry to hear you're less than satified with our services. When it comes to fixing a car for an issue you're unaware how to solve, that's becomes our job and duty to find and fix that problem. Unfortunely, a diagnostic charge is requested becuse you have already stated you tried to replace some batteries and could not resolve the issue. To provied the best service possible we would have to test componets and check the systems out on why you are having that issue. That does come at the price of $150 diagnostic. This is due to the technician using his time, skills, knowleged, and tools to find the issue, in attempt to keep you from thowing parts at the vehicle.
