Great service as always. After reviewing my bill I noticed I was Charged $300 for diagnostic service, I believe I was Told it was $150 so that was a surprise.

Thank you for your continued patronage, we truly appreciate your business. If you review your repair invoice a bit closer, you will see that the $300.00 labor fee included some of the work performed as well as the diagnosis fee. The actual diagnosis fee you were quoted was $120.00, we discounted that to $60.00 since you approved the repairs. Please feel free to contact us if we can help clarify those costs. Gerd said there were some difficulties in communication. He was in a hurry to attend a meeting. He has been a customer for 30 to 40 years since Clark was there. It was more expensive than estimated. It went over almost $900.

Spoke with Ivy. She said this business tried to fix the charging outlet in her vehicle but they were not able to so she will have to bring the vehicle back for that.

"Oldie but a Goodie!"
I knew there was a problem since it was idling rough for awhile. I guess the truck it getting to where things need to be fixed. My initial thoughts sensed it was easy enough to fix. I am always amazed at how much costs are to fix things. Joe took care of me.
