Mark Bitner and his team did a great job replacing the timing belt on my 2011 Honda Pilot. This tank of a vehicle has over 200k miles and this is the 2nd timing belt replacement by Bitner Automotive. They did a great job the first time and the 2nd time and I wouldn’t trust this vehicle with anyone else. I’m hoping it’s still running when it’s time for the 3rd one because I’m definitely bringing it back to Bitner. A special shout out to Pat Bitner for her patient customer service work and working her magic to get the vehicle back to us on the same day. Thank you!
