Martha said she rated the business a 3 because she thinks this business has lost the quality in their work they used to have. She said they just seem sloppy. She rated the quality of the repair a 5 because a part around or under the bumper was totally forgotten. Nobody called her to make arrangements to go back and have that piece taken care of. Martha also mentioned the last few times she has been here it seems like something is always forgotten. She would not refer this business, but chose not to elaborate.

This customer has had vehicles serviced with us 3-4 times prior. We had no indication of any issues with the previous repairs. The part that the owner is referring to is a small clip. We had since called her to come back in and have this repaired. We have not heard back from her as of yet.
